How do you use digital brand content to power a global sales team?
For New Balance, this meant building connected tablet experiences for their sales force that delivered great content and tools designed to aid and measure sales. Ride alongs on sales calls revealed a sales process that was anything but linear, and necessitated the capacity to customize the pitch on-the-fly.

Wireframes
The key was to create a system that would provide the NB Sales Team with an intuitive and usable front end, while keeping in mind that the real work would be done on the back end by the Sales Team Manager

The final designs served as a visual guide for the Sales Team Manager who was creating and pushing the apps on the backend. All visual designs by RJ Evans and Carson Halstead.
CMS User Guide
While the end goal was to push clean, intuitive apps to NB Sales Reps, we had a structure to build off of from our previous work creating one-off apps. The challenge in creating the Sales Tool Platform, was making sure that everything would work smoothly in the CMS for the Sales Team Manager creating the apps on the back end.
